Alki Beach Get Away Home #NOCC

I’ve really been into beach and/or coastal homes lately. I had a lot of fun with this house. Even though the lot is pretty small (20×20) I think this is my favorite house so far that I’ve built. I love the water and this house is right on the beach. It’s and open floor plan with views of the ocean from each part of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, the top floor is a mainly an artist studio/ guestroom. There’s a master en suite and a bedroom for a teen or maybe ever an older child like pre-teen age (even though that life stage doesn’t exists in TS4). There are two full and one half bath. Buiding this house made me so happy and especially looking at the pictures because of the design. This is my fourth house I’ve built in the Cavalier Cove area of Brindleton Bay. I own all the packs although not every pack was used and there are some packs that just use one or two items that are easily replaceable if you do not have all the packs. Enjoy and Happy Simming!

Nantucket-ish Coastal Home 5 Bedroom 4 Bath

I built this home of the Dachshund’s Creek lot in Brindleton Bay, but because the thumbnail obscures the house I placed it on a different lot for the gallery. I am slowly building up the coastal area in Brindleton Bay. This home was somewhat inspired by Nantucket and The Hamptons. It boast plenty of balconies and patio space end embraces outdoor/indoor living and dining. The gardens are fully landscaped, laundry, recreation room, office, guest bedroom, and indoor greenhouse/nursery.  Eat in kitchen, pantry and separate formal dining room, garage, storage, two master en suites, child and teen rooms. Four full baths and two 1/2 baths. Built with love.

30 x 20  NO CC must have moveobjects on before placing. I own all the packs.

Neighbors 4BR + Basement Apartment

Come and knock at our door, we’ve been waiting for you… (obviously I’m an 80s kid)

Welcome neighbor!

I built this house in Brindleton Bay over on the coast because one of my main families didn’t have any close by neighbors in my family save. So I decided to make this Dutch Colonial Hamptons inspired home for another one of my families. I’ve always wanted to make a house like this and I think it’s lovely, so I expect to make even more in the future. It was also my first time creating a diagonal section! Yahhh me! Roofing was a pain, but I got through it. I wanted to make the inside very light and airy, choosing lighter wood floors as opposed to my favorite dark wood. There’s a lot of grays, blues, and a touch of yellow here and there throughout the home. It’s very beachy with seafaring decor throughout and some scuba gear stored in the garage. I did a little nursery, first time, I usually just stick to making a toddler room because babies in The Sims 4 leave much to be desired, but this nursery can easily be converted into a toddler space once the baby ages up (for me that would be 1-3 Sim days). I combined a lot of classic furniture along with contemporary, I thought this touch was especially nice in the twin themed bedroom. It can be for non-twins as well. There’s also a single child room for an animal lover. The master is an en suite, walk in closet and private balcony overlooking the backyard and woods. House was built on the 30×20 Hindquarter Hideaway in Brindleton Bay. Of course in the spirit of Cats & Dogs, I added items for both a cat and dog, so they should be pretty happy.

I especially love my little above the ground pool, reminds me of being a kid in the 80s. I do like pools in some of my builds, but not all. I can’t always justify having an in the ground pool for a home that is in a city w/ four seasons. In Oasis Springs, Sulani, Del Sol Valley, and Strangerville it makes sense. But if I do add a pool to a home in a city other than these, it’s usually for a bigger build and the family has money. However, since I came up with the idea to make an above the ground that looks like a portable one that the family takes out in the summer, I can justify putting it in more of my builds. I love the little freezer bunny decals I added to the pool.

Landscaping is my favorite thing to do when I build houses

I love the living room so much

I’m in love with the kitchen. I try to build all my kitchens, so they overlook the garden

Great dining room. The bar does function, your Sims can eat there.

Master. Lots of grays and blues

Single child bedroom

Double bed child room. I had a lot of fun decorating this room. I tried to give each child some privacy and space. I had to share w/ my older sister from age 2-7, it was not fun especially because she’s 4 years older

Sweet nursery. Here’s to hoping babies will updated and I can keep them that little for more than 2 Sim days.

I love the backyard so much.

I love this backyard so much

I have play-tested this build and I can’t wait to really start playing in it on a regular basis. There is absolutely no cc in this build. The driveway gate kinda hangs off the lot so hopefully it will download along with the lot. In any case it’s a debug item in case you wanted to know.

Main upstairs bath

Office in the master suite

Family room

Building this home this past week has helped with my anxiety so much. I hope your Sims love this home as much I loved building it. Happy Simming.

NO CC. Must have moveobjectson enabled before placing lot!

The Gift House

I built this house for one of my Dynasty family members, Neko Powers from TS3. His mother, legendary supermodel and author Reagan Leeds-Powers and business magnate father, Jaylen Powers bought the house as a wedding present to Neko as he married his long-time childhood sweetheart, Rawa David.

Initially the house was inspired by a modern farmhouse and I did keep some of the those elements of old and new with an upgraded look. The beautiful loft windows from the Moschino Stuff Pack looks absolutely beautiful in this house. Rawa consulted with interior designers and wanted to incorporate different shades of green and other earthtones through the lavish home. The juxtaposition of the blues and greens calls to mind nature. In the bedroom Rawa literally wanted to feel as if she were sleeping in a rainforest and had a home waterfall installed behind their bed as well as one in the opulent marble bathroom.  There are skylights both in the master and the bathroom. The main master ensuite includes a double walk-in shower, marble flooring and walls, authentic Selvadoradian wall trim and large jet soaking tub.

Most of the home is covered in a beautiful white chevron pattern accented by greens, grays, browns, and blues. The kitchen was made for those who love to cook and the large dining room welcomes a large space for dinner guests. Other rooms included on the main floor is the office, in home greenhouse, full bath, reading nook, the main master ensuite, garage, kitchen and pantry. The basement is finished with a well equipped fitness room, storage, laundry, and a man cave complete with a bar, recreation and a state of the art high definition TV cinema.

On the second floor you find the second master ensuite, playroom and three other bedrooms designed for twin toddlers, a teen, and child or tween, along with two additional full bathrooms. There are two spacious balconies that overlook the coast.

Outdoor living is welcomed and encouraged in the grotto, vines that hang over a lattice roof, along with a full bar, BBQ, seating, and fireplace. The custom design waterfall pours into a freshwater pool complete with ocean objects, giving you the feeling you are in Sulani even if you’re as far away as Brindleton Bay! There’s a lovely playground, sandbox, garden, hottub, and more. You won’t want summer to ever end out here!

It took me several days to finish this build as I overanalyze everything and think of ways that I can create a unique custom design for each room, hallway, foyer, and everything in between. As this is a house I built for a member of my most important dynasty, dating back several real life years, I spared no expense and pretty much used all the packs I have which is everything with the exception of vamps and spooky.

As usual, NO CC in this build at all. Enable bb.moveobjects before placing. 40X40. Brindleton Bay.  Gallery ID reaganleeds

5 bedroom/5 bathroom

***I chose to use the Delgato family for the preview pictures as Neko and Rawa are still newlyweds and have not started on their family just yet. LOL. There’s a lot of space so none of your Sims should feel on top of each other. Happy Simming.
