My latest house. I built this home for my Sims, Desire De-Sai and her new husband, Dr. Levi Sands. Desire is a well known video game and software developer at the top of her field and her husband is a respected surgeon. They’ve been patiently waiting in a high rise apartment for me to stop […]
I’ve really been into beach and/or coastal homes lately. I had a lot of fun with this house. Even though the lot is pretty small (20×20) I think this is my favorite house so far that I’ve built. I love the water and this house is right on the beach. It’s and open floor plan with views of the ocean from each part of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, the top floor is a mainly an artist studio/ guestroom. There’s a master en suite and a bedroom for a teen or maybe ever an older child like pre-teen age (even though that life stage doesn’t exists in TS4). There are two full and one half bath. Buiding this house made me so happy and especially looking at the pictures because of the design. This is my fourth house I’ve built in the Cavalier Cove area of Brindleton Bay. I own all the packs although not every pack was used and there are some packs that just use one or two items that are easily replaceable if you do not have all the packs. Enjoy and Happy Simming!
Beautiful base game only family home on 30×20 lot. Master en suite, child & toddler bedrooms, two full baths, one 1/2 bath. Garage, storage space to expand or add laundry, etc. Formal dining room, breakfast area, fully landscaped gardens, kids jungle gym, patio, fully furnished. NO CC must have moveobjects on enabled before placing.
I built this home of the Dachshund’s Creek lot in Brindleton Bay, but because the thumbnail obscures the house I placed it on a different lot for the gallery. I am slowly building up the coastal area in Brindleton Bay. This home was somewhat inspired by Nantucket and The Hamptons. It boast plenty of balconies and patio space end embraces outdoor/indoor living and dining. The gardens are fully landscaped, laundry, recreation room, office, guest bedroom, and indoor greenhouse/nursery. Eat in kitchen, pantry and separate formal dining room, garage, storage, two master en suites, child and teen rooms. Four full baths and two 1/2 baths. Built with love.
30 x 20 NO CC must have moveobjects on before placing. I own all the packs.
Come and knock at our door, we’ve been waiting for you… (obviously I’m an 80s kid)
I built this house in Brindleton Bay over on the coast because one of my main families didn’t have any close by neighbors in my family save. So I decided to make this Dutch Colonial Hamptons inspired home for another one of my families. I’ve always wanted to make a house like this and I think it’s lovely, so I expect to make even more in the future. It was also my first time creating a diagonal section! Yahhh me! Roofing was a pain, but I got through it. I wanted to make the inside very light and airy, choosing lighter wood floors as opposed to my favorite dark wood. There’s a lot of grays, blues, and a touch of yellow here and there throughout the home. It’s very beachy with seafaring decor throughout and some scuba gear stored in the garage. I did a little nursery, first time, I usually just stick to making a toddler room because babies in The Sims 4 leave much to be desired, but this nursery can easily be converted into a toddler space once the baby ages up (for me that would be 1-3 Sim days). I combined a lot of classic furniture along with contemporary, I thought this touch was especially nice in the twin themed bedroom. It can be for non-twins as well. There’s also a single child room for an animal lover. The master is an en suite, walk in closet and private balcony overlooking the backyard and woods. House was built on the 30×20 Hindquarter Hideaway in Brindleton Bay. Of course in the spirit of Cats & Dogs, I added items for both a cat and dog, so they should be pretty happy.
I especially love my little above the ground pool, reminds me of being a kid in the 80s. I do like pools in some of my builds, but not all. I can’t always justify having an in the ground pool for a home that is in a city w/ four seasons. In Oasis Springs, Sulani, Del Sol Valley, and Strangerville it makes sense. But if I do add a pool to a home in a city other than these, it’s usually for a bigger build and the family has money. However, since I came up with the idea to make an above the ground that looks like a portable one that the family takes out in the summer, I can justify putting it in more of my builds. I love the little freezer bunny decals I added to the pool.
I have play-tested this build and I can’t wait to really start playing in it on a regular basis. There is absolutely no cc in this build. The driveway gate kinda hangs off the lot so hopefully it will download along with the lot. In any case it’s a debug item in case you wanted to know.
Building this home this past week has helped with my anxiety so much. I hope your Sims love this home as much I loved building it. Happy Simming.
NO CC. Must have moveobjectson enabled before placing lot!
This is my second house with lavender lanscaping throughout. Green and purple (or lavender) go so well together. The first house I made several months ago and it was a base game started. This time, I did not limit my packs nor did I make it a started. I had a lot of fun designing this house for one of my new families. House was built on the Civic Cliffs 30 x 20 lot in Newcrest. Fully furnished. I especially love the above the ground pool in the backyard, reminds me of the pools we had when I was a kid in the 80s. Laundry located in the garage, outside dining, 4 br, 3 ba, family room. Master en suite, child space, science, and train themed room. Teen music themed room with skill building items. The photographer, uni student themed teen/ young adult room is my favorite. Credit to Simstopia on their tut on making Ikea like non cc functioning bedroom furniture. This was very useful for utilizing space and giving the bedrooms a more modern themed look that. Check out the YouTube video here
NO custom content in this build. Must have moveobjectson BEFORE placing lot.

I fell in love with this little sweetie while watching the Mandalorian. I can’t wait to get my own plush toy, but of course it’s not out yet. Well that didn’t stop me from making the new sculpture added in the 12/12/19 patch into a playable lovable toy for my kids and toddlers!
